By shopping with our company, you can expect the following:
- 1. Free Shipping Free ground shipping on orders over $200. This only applies to the continental U.S.A. Our virgin hair weave takes on average 1 to 3 days and our instock full lace wigs take about 4 to 7 business days to be delivered. If you need your items in a hurry you can pay an extra fee for overnight shipping or 2-day shipping.
- 2. Easy Returns If you would like to return the product you purchased, please do so within 30 days from the day of purchase. All straight returns will be charged a fee of $9.85.
- 4. Secure site To ensure top-notch security, our website uses a 256-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. This encryption keeps your name, address, and credit card secure from theft. Our site is also monitored 24/7 to make sure it is always safe for our customers to shop.
- 5.Signature Required for purchases over $200– To protect you and your package, we require a signature at delivery for all new customer deliveries to make sure you receive your package and reduce incidences of theft or packages getting lost.

We at Thrilling Hair understand that buying a lace wig unit and virgin hair extensions is an investment. We are committed to making the purchase and maintenance of your lace wig as stress-free as possible. We stand behind the quality of our full lace wigs and virgin hair extensions. We are confident that you will love your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it to us and we will replace it with another one to ensure your satisfaction and happiness. If you would not like an exchange, you will be able to get your money back except a shipping and handling fee of $9.85.

- HAIR EXTENSIONS – Has to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and you must provide a tracking number.
- They must not be brushed or taken out of their packaging. They must be in new condition. Do not run your hands through them. They must be in the same condition you got them in. If they are not, we will refuse the return, no exceptions!
- THE LACE WIG CAN NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY OR FORM.
- The lace has not been cut or torn.
- The stock lace wig has to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and you must provide a tracking number.
- Do not alter the wig in any way or form.
- Do not run your hands through the lace wig or brush it.
- Do not wear the unit or put any kind of glue or tape adhesive on it.
- The unit cannot be permed.
- Do not add any hair products on the lace wig.
- Do not alter the color or try to dye the unit.
- The lace wig cannot be cut or styled in any way.
- Do not wash or condition the wig.
- Do not destroy the original packaging that you received with the unit.
- Custom units and hair extensions made to your specification are FINAL SALES and will not be accepted for returns.
- Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our return policy.
- Sale items can be returned but are only eligible for store credit. Sale items must be returned new and unused.
- If you add straps to your in stock full lace wig, it will then be treated like a custom unit and can not be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and at any time. If we feel that we will not be able to meet your needs or you are rude and unreasonable we will politely ask you to find another company that might be a better fit for you.
